Light at the end of the tunnel

Well, it's been a month and a lot has happened. First and foremost, I accepted a new job! I start on Monday and I'm counting down the days. I'm really excited about it and I know I'll be working with a great group of people. I could go on and on about it but I won't. David's birthday is next Wednesday and he is dreading it. I am excited about it! Don't know any definite plans yet, but we'll think of something. I feel like the weeks are flying by (except this week). Starting Monday I'm sure the weeks will fly by again. Things are going great in Washington and I really can't complain. Do I think about home...yes. Would I like to visit with my parents...yes. Would I like to see old friends...yes. Do I want to bring David home with me soon and show him where I'm from and all of my friends...yes;) That probably won't be happening for a while unfortunately but it's fun to think about. I haven't even been here a year and I feel like I've been here forever. All in all, things are looking up and they better not let me down!!
